SIPLOCK is a patent pending design for SIP walls and roof panel construction.

SIPLOCK is a building system designed to provide owners and contractors with fast build, custom designed, pre-fabricated building kit, for use in residential or commercial projects.

The main components of the system are SIP Panels (Structurally Insolated Panel) and structural steel (I Beams), where the SIP is trapped and structurally supported in the web of wide flange I beams.

This I beam to SIP Panel detail ( patent Pending) is the core of the system which allows for wide spans and open plans.

SIPLOCK is a framing system that takes all loads to large pier footings. The SIP panel is only carrying its own weight and is not a load bearing member for other parts of the structure.

The steel I beam super structure allows for less concrete which enables the builder to save on foundation forming and pouring.

The shell is erected prior to the interior sub floor being framed which allows for the sub floor to never be exposed to the elements.

The "no attic"  design allows for lofts and pop out rooms on the second floor where most plans would have an attic ,this allows for bonus areas and no wasted space.

SIPLOCK building system is a green system. Minimum amount of building timber is used. The steel beams, as with all steel can be recycled and also can be from recycled steel. The SIP panels have very high R rating (27 Walls and 40 Roof) which results in high level of energy conservation.
